Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Formulation Factory, we offer flexible purchase options, including subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy explains how you can manage, modify, or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription product, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the billing frequency you selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days, every 60 days). By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Automatic Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your payment method on file will be charged at the price and frequency disclosed on the product page at the time of your initial purchase, and restated in your order confirmation email. Charges will continue on each scheduled renewal date until you cancel.

Payment. Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment processor and charged automatically for each scheduled delivery. We do not store your full credit card number.

Price Changes. If we change the price of your subscription product, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged at the new rate. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee.

To cancel online, log into your account portal at https://formulationfactory.com/a/account/login. From the portal, navigate to your active subscription and select "Cancel." Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again.

You may also cancel by contacting us at success@formulationfactory.com. If you signed up for your subscription online, you are entitled to cancel online through the portal above — no phone call, email, or additional steps are required.

What Happens When You Cancel

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to any shipments already paid for.

No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email at the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of cancelling, please contact us at success@formulationfactory.com to verify your cancellation was processed.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for prior shipments that have already been delivered. For refund eligibility on your first shipment, please refer to our Refund Policy at https://formulationfactory.com/policies/refund-policy.

How to Modify Your Subscription

You can make changes to your subscription at any time through your account portal at https://formulationfactory.com/a/account/login, including:

Changing your delivery frequency (e.g., switching from every 30 days to every 60 days).
Skipping an upcoming shipment.
Updating your shipping address or payment method.

Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming cycle.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not yet available or are temporarily out of stock.

Payment. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full payment depending on the product. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for the full or remaining balance when the product is ready for shipment.

Cancellation. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds. Refunds for pre-order products follow the same guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy at https://formulationfactory.com/policies/refund-policy.

General Guidelines

All cancellations and modifications can be processed through your account portal at https://formulationfactory.com/a/account/login or by contacting us at success@formulationfactory.com.

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes to subscription billing terms or cancellation rights, we will notify affected subscribers by email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Changes will not apply retroactively to subscriptions already in effect at the time of the update unless we provide advance notice as described above.
