Our Promise

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 100 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund of the product purchase price. That gives you plenty of time to experience the results while keeping things fair and simple.

Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST and ready to assist you promptly and personally. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase so we can locate your order quickly.

Eligibility

This guarantee applies to products purchased directly from formulationfactory.com or our official Amazon storefront. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible.

The guarantee is limited to one refund per product, per customer. If you have already received a refund for a specific product and purchase it again, subsequent orders of that same product are not eligible for an additional refund under this policy.

For orders containing more than one unit of the same product (e.g., multi-packs or bundle quantities), the money-back guarantee covers the value of one (1) single unit only. If you purchased a multi-pack and are not satisfied, you are eligible for a partial refund equal to the current single-unit retail price of that product — not the full order total. This ensures every customer can try our products risk-free while keeping the policy fair for everyone.

Orders containing four (4) or more units may be subject to a brief review before approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate misuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests across multiple orders or accounts.

Subscriptions

For subscription orders, our 100-day money-back guarantee applies to your first shipment only. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your first subscription order within 100 days of its delivery date.

Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account portal at https://formulationfactory.com/a/account/login or by contacting us at success@formulationfactory.com. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for prior renewal shipments that have already been delivered.

No Returns

Because our supplements are ingestible products, we cannot accept physical returns for any reason — including unopened or sealed items. This protects the safety and quality of every product we ship. Refunds under this policy do not require you to return the product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at success@formulationfactory.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will issue a replacement or a full refund at our discretion, regardless of whether the 100-day guarantee window has passed.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and may affect your eligibility for future purchases.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes to this policy do not apply retroactively and will not affect refund requests already submitted prior to the change.
