AUTHORIZED RESELLER POLICY
Formulation Factory LLC — Effective April 1, 2026

Overview

Formulation Factory LLC ("Formulation Factory") sells its products exclusively through the following authorized channels:

We do not authorize any third-party individuals, retailers, or marketplaces to purchase, resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer Formulation Factory products for commercial purposes. All sales are intended for end consumers only.

No Unauthorized Resale

The purchase of Formulation Factory products does not confer any right to resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer those products for commercial purposes.

Purchasing from unauthorized resellers carries significant risk, including but not limited to:

Products that have been improperly stored, handled, or tampered with
Products outside the manufacturer's recommended handling or storage guidelines
No access to our quality guarantee or customer support
Expired or near-expiry inventory
Counterfeit or adulterated product

Formulation Factory expressly reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order it reasonably believes was placed for resale purposes or in violation of this policy, and to pursue all available legal remedies against violators.

Prohibited Purchasing Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material violation of this policy:

Purchasing Formulation Factory products with the intent to resell on any platform or marketplace
Using multiple accounts, names, addresses, payment methods, or identities to circumvent order cancellations or restrictions imposed by Formulation Factory
Misrepresenting the purpose of a purchase to obtain product intended for resale
Any pattern of purchasing behavior that Formulation Factory reasonably identifies as inconsistent with personal, end-consumer use

Formulation Factory actively monitors purchasing patterns and reserves the right to flag, restrict, cancel, or permanently ban any account engaged in prohibited conduct.

Promotional Offers

All promotional discounts, first-order offers, subscription pricing, and coupon codes issued by Formulation Factory are intended solely for end consumers for personal use. Use of promotional codes or subscription pricing for the purpose of acquiring inventory for resale is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent misuse of our promotional programs.

Store Credits, Rewards, and Promotional Balances

Store credits, cashback rewards, and promotional balances issued by Formulation Factory are for personal consumer use only. Formulation Factory reserves the right to cancel, void, or permanently forfeit any store credits, rewards, or promotional balances associated with any account found to be in violation of this policy, including accounts engaged in unauthorized resale activity or prohibited purchasing conduct. Forfeiture of credits does not entitle the account holder to any refund or compensation.

Amazon Marketplace

Formulation Factory is the sole authorized seller of its products on Amazon.com. Any third-party Amazon seller offering Formulation Factory products is not authorized and may be selling product that was:

Obtained through fraudulent purchasing activity in violation of this policy
Improperly stored or handled post-purchase
Past its intended shelf life
Tampered with or adulterated

Our quality guarantee, third-party testing, and customer support apply exclusively to products purchased through our authorized channels. We actively monitor all marketplace channels and report unauthorized sellers to Amazon Brand Registry.

Not for Resale

All Formulation Factory products are sold for end-consumer use only. Any resale, redistribution, or commercial transfer of Formulation Factory products is unauthorized and a violation of these terms.

Legal Remedies

Formulation Factory reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against individuals or entities engaged in unauthorized resale, fraudulent purchasing activity, or any other violation of this policy, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorneys' fees.
