Shipping Policy for Formulation Factory

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms governing the shipment of products purchased from Formulation Factory ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Domestic Shipping Coverage
Formulation Factory ships to all 50 United States and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery windows are displayed during checkout. While we make every effort to meet those estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Subscription Orders
Subscription shipments follow the same processing and delivery timelines as one-time orders. Shipping costs for subscription orders, if any, are disclosed on the product page at the time of enrollment and will remain consistent unless we notify you in advance of a change.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Formulation Factory is not responsible for claims of non-receipt. If you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management and verifying the shipping address you provided at checkout.
For unresolved delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages. If your package is marked as undeliverable or lost in transit, contact us at success@formulationfactory.com within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at success@formulationfactory.com with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. See also the Damaged or Defective Products section of our Refund Policy.
Stolen Packages. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. You may file a claim directly with the carrier or contact local law enforcement.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We reserve the right to cancel orders to locations that cannot be serviced by our shipping carriers.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Orders cannot be modified once they have been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, contact us at success@formulationfactory.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy at https://formulationfactory.com/policies/refund-policy.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, carrier outages, or government actions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed and shipped prior to the update.
