Where are your supplements manufactured?

All our supplements are proudly made in the USA in a GMP-registered facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency by following strict quality control processes. Every ingredient is vetted for purity, potency, and safety, and we conduct third-party testing to verify the integrity of every batch.

What is GMP and how does it relate to the FDA?

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are guidelines enforced by the FDA under 21 CFR Part 111 for dietary supplements. These standards ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. While the FDA doesn’t "approve" supplements, they do enforce GMP to ensure products are safe and properly labeled.

Who formulates your products?

Our formulas are developed in collaboration with clinical researchers, biochemists, and ingredient specialists who focus on performance and longevity.

Are your formulas fully transparent?

Yes. We believe in full label transparency. Every ingredient and its exact dosage is listed; no proprietary blends, no fillers, and no hidden junk. We believe you have the right to know exactly what you’re putting in your body.

Are your supplements suitable for all diets?

Most of our formulas are free from gluten, soy, dairy, and artificial additives. Always refer to the product label for specific allergen and dietary information.

 

Usage & Results

How long before I see results?

Most of our customers begin to feel or see results within 2-4 weeks of usage, depending on the supplement. Consistency is key, as our supplements are designed for daily use. Always follow the directions on the label.

What if I miss a dose?

Don't worry! Just take your next dose as scheduled. Do not double up.

Can I take multiple Formulation Factory supplements together?

Yes. Our products are designed to be stackable and synergistic, but we still advise to consult with your healthcare provider.

Can I take this along with other supplements or medications?

While our supplements are all-natural and safe for most, please always consult your healthcare provider first before starting any new supplements or if you're on medication for a health condition. Discontinue use if you have any adverse reactions.

Are there any side effects?

Our formulas are well-tolerated, but sensitivity may vary as everyone’s body chemistry is a bit different. Some people may experience mild effects as their body adjusts.

Who should avoid taking your supplements?

We strongly advise pregnant or nursing women and children under 18 to refrain from taking them, and individuals with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.

What is the shelf life or expiration date of your supplements?

Every bottle has an expiration date printed on the bottom of the bottle, which is around 1-2 years from the manufacturing date.

How to properly store your supplements?

Please keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. No refrigeration needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our site is SSL-encrypted and we never store your payment data. All transactions are securely processed.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

How do I use a promo code?

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on it. For now, international customers can use mail-forwarding services like MyUS.com or ShipToBox.com.

What courier do you use?

We partner with Amazon Fulfillment for fast and reliable delivery. Orders are processed immediately and sent to our fulfillment centers for packing and shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your package every step of the way.

How long before my order arrives?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Remote areas or U.S. territories may take slightly longer.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Do you have a Return & Refund Policy?

Yes. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within 60 days of receiving your product, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.

How do I request a return or refund?

Contact us at success@formulationfactory.com or text us at 833-675-8538 (SMS only) along with your order number. We’ll walk you through it.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your request.

Can I exchange a product?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but we’re happy to refund you so you can place a new order.

What if I received the wrong item?

Mistakes happen - we’ll fix it fast. Contact us and we’ll send the correct product at no additional cost.

 

Account & Subscriptions

Do I need to create an account to order?

Nope! But creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage subscriptions more easily.

How do I update my shipping address or payment info?

In your Account Dashboard, you’ll find all the tools you need to update your personal info.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Login to your account and go to the Subscription tab. From there you can pause, cancel, or adjust delivery frequency.

Are you affiliated with any influencers or sponsors?

We collaborate with a select group of athletes and creators who actually use our products. We don’t pay for fake hype.

How can I become an affiliate?
